Sitefication provides website design, development, and hosting services. We create websites on behalf of our clients based on information they provide.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed on our website at the time of order. Site creation fees are one-time payments. The maintenance plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Free Preview

We offer a free preview of your website before payment. You are under no obligation to purchase after viewing the preview.

4. Revisions

We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure you are happy with your website. Excessive revision requests may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content of your website. We retain the right to use the website design in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Hosting & Domain

Hosting is provided as part of the maintenance plan. If you cancel the maintenance plan, we will assist you in migrating your site to another host. Domain registration is subject to third-party registrar terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sitefication is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide you with your website files upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
